Here we have gathered the most frequently asked questions about the handling of the corona situation in Trysil.

Q: What guarantees can SkiStar offer when I book accommodation, SkiPass, ski schools or ski rental now?

Q: What infection control measures are taken at the destination?
A: Your safety is a top priority in Trysil. Here you will find more information about what measures are being taken in the various industries.

Q: What do I do if I get symptoms of Covid-19?
A: Call the corona telephone on +47 40 40 96 30 to make an appointment for testing. You should NOT go to the emergency room without an appointment. More about the corona phone and opening hours here.

Q: Will the cross-country trails be prepared this winter?
A: Yes, the cross-country trails will be prepared as normal. 

Q: I live in Sweden. Can I visit my cabin in rysil?

Q: Do I have to be quarantined if I have had COVID-19?
A: There is no quarantine duty for people who have had confirmed COVID-19 that is documented by approved laboratory methods during the last six months. Recovery from the disease is documented by a certificate presenting the test result and method used, with personal identifiable information and test date. Currently, only RT-PCR for SARS-CoV-2 is a recommended method. Recovery from "probable COVID-19" does not give an exemption. The certificate shall be in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English, French or German. More information about exemption from duty of quarantine here.
